Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 4 2027 is a versatile electric bike built to handle unpaved tracks, country lanes and city commutes with equal confidence. Its step-through 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame uses hydroformed triple-cavity tubing and integrates the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery inside the frame, keeping the centre of gravity low and the profile clean — while delivering a manufacturer-rated range of up to 182 km.

Assistance comes from the Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm, Smart System), controlled via the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote. The SR Suntour XCR 34 suspension fork (120 mm, lockout) and a 40 mm travel alloy suspended seatpost absorb bumps on broken surfaces, so you arrive less fatigued whether you're commuting or exploring off-road tracks.

The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain — Sunrace 11-43 cassette, 38-tooth Narrow Wide chainring — gives you a wide range of gears for hills and flat stretches alike. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors provide reassuring stopping power in rain or mud. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5×2.35 reflective tyres grip well on mixed terrain while keeping rolling resistance low on paved roads.

The standard specification includes everything you need to ride daily: AXA NXT 80-lux front light and LED rear light powered by the main battery, a Moustache MIK HD aluminium rear rack with QL3 side mounts, double-wall alloy mudguards, adjustable kickstand, bell and an ABUS 4650SL lock sharing the same key as the battery. Available in Titanium Mat across four sizes (S–XL), fitting riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m.
