Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 4 2027 is an open-frame electric bike designed for riders who move between city streets, unpaved paths, and longer weekend rides without wanting a different bike for each. Its 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame uses triple-cavity hydroformed tubing to house the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery discreetly inside the frame, while the low standover height keeps daily use effortless.

The Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor delivers 90 Nm of torque — enough to tackle loaded commutes or hilly routes with confidence. The manufacturer quotes up to 182 km of range under ideal conditions. Assistance levels are managed through the compact Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote.

Comfort away from smooth tarmac comes from two complementary features: the SR Suntour XCR 34 suspension fork with 120 mm travel and lockout, and the suspended aluminium seatpost with 40 mm of travel that absorbs rear-wheel vibrations — a useful addition on a hardtail frame. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5×2.35 reflective tyres complete the picture with grip across varied surfaces.

The Xroad 4 ships fully equipped: tubular aluminium mudguards, a Moustache MIK HD rear rack with QL3 side mounts, AXA NXT 80 lux integrated lighting powered by the main battery, an ABUS 4650SL lock sharing the battery key, and a bell. Available in S to XL to fit riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m, with a maximum total weight of 160 kg.
