The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 4 2027 is a versatile e-bike built for riders who move between unpaved paths, country lanes, and city streets without wanting to compromise on comfort or practicality. The hydroformed 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame with triple-cavity tubing features an open, low step-over design — making it easy to mount and dismount in any situation, a genuine everyday advantage.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm, Smart System), delivering smooth and responsive assistance across all terrain. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits neatly integrated within the frame, contributing to a clean profile and a low centre of gravity, with a manufacturer-rated range of up to 182 km under ideal conditions. Assistance levels are managed via the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar control.

Comfort on mixed terrain is addressed at both ends: the SR Suntour XCR 34 fork provides 120 mm of travel to absorb bumps up front, while the suspended aluminium seatpost (40 mm travel) takes care of the rear. The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain with a wide-range Sunrace 11-43 cassette handles climbs and flat sections alike, and the Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors provide confident braking in all weather.

The Xroad 4 ships fully equipped for everyday use: AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, Moustache MIK HD aluminium rear rack with QL3 side mounts, double-wall tubular aluminium mudguards, adjustable kickstand, and an ABUS 4650SL lock sharing the same key as the battery. Available in four sizes (S to XL, 1.49 m to 2.05 m) in Oak metal green, with a maximum total weight of 160 kg. Backed by a 5-year frame and fork warranty and a 2-year warranty on the motor and battery.
