Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 4 FS Suspendu 2027 is a fully-suspended electric bike built for riders who want one versatile machine for both urban commuting and off-road exploration. The low-step aluminium frame makes mounting and dismounting easy, while the dual suspension — a lockable SR Suntour XCR 34 fork (120 mm travel) at the front and a Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 air shock (115 mm travel) at the rear — absorbs road and trail irregularities to keep you in control and comfortable wherever you ride.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm, Smart System), which delivers smooth, responsive assistance when climbing or carrying a load. The Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery sits neatly inside the frame, keeping weight centred and balanced. The Bosch Purion 200 control unit lets you switch assistance levels without taking your eyes off the road.

The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain (RD-U6000-GS derailleur, SL-U6000-10R shifter, Sunrace 11-43 cassette) gives you a wide gear range for everything from flat urban roads to steep unpaved climbs. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear provide reliable, modulated stopping power in all conditions. The EXA 900i dropper post (150 mm) drops at the push of a handlebar-mounted lever for added confidence on technical descents.

The Xroad 4 FS comes fully equipped for daily use: an AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, aluminium mudguards, adjustable kickstand, bell and an AXA Atlas frame lock sharing the same key as the battery. The Moustache suspended rack (MIK HD platform, removable QL3 side brackets) limits the vibrations that reach your cargo on rough roads. Maximum load capacity: 160 kg. Available in metallic clay green, sizes S, M and L.

Ideal for electric trail and all-mountain MTBs.
