The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache XROAD 4 OPEN 625 Wh is the extended-range version of Moustache's open-frame electric gravel bike, designed for easy mounting and dismounting in any situation. Powered by the Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 motor (75 Nm) and a Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery, it delivers smooth, progressive assistance for both road and gravel riding over longer distances.

The SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm of travel, preload adjustment and lockout function) smooths out rough terrain. The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain, controlled by the Shimano CUES SL-U6000-10R shifter, and Shimano MT200 or Alhonga HJ-472 hydraulic disc brakes ensure precise, safe handling in all conditions.
