Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Xroad 6 2026 is a versatile e-bike built for riders who want one machine that handles the morning commute and the afternoon trail without compromise. The hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame features a fully integrated Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery and internal cable routing, keeping the bike clean and weather-resistant.

Powered by the Bosch Performance CX Gen 5 motor producing up to 100 Nm of torque, climbs and technical sections feel manageable rather than intimidating. The Bosch Kiox 500 display connects to the Smart System for navigation, ride stats and mode control directly from the handlebar. Should you plan longer adventures, the battery is upgradeable to 850 Wh with the Bosch PowerMore extension.

The Magura MT Thirty hydraulic disc brakes (4-piston front, 2-piston rear) provide reliable stopping power in wet conditions, while the SR Suntour XCR 34 fork with 120 mm travel and lockout smooths out rough surfaces. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5×2.60 reflective tyres offer traction and visibility, and the dropper-plus-suspension seatpost lets you fine-tune your riding position on the fly.

Standard equipment includes a Moustache MIK HD aluminium rear rack, double-wall aluminium mudguards, battery-powered rear light, ABUS 6950ML frame lock and an adjustable kickstand — everything you need to ride from day one, wherever your route takes you.
