The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Xroad 6 500 Wh is a closed-frame all-terrain electric bike designed for versatile everyday use. It runs the Bosch Gen 5 Performance CX motor (85 Nm), one of the most powerful units in the Bosch range, paired with a 500 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery for a claimed range of 60 to 90 km. The handlebar-mounted Bosch Purion 200 display gives quick access to essential riding information.

The Shimano CUES RD-U6020-11 11-speed drivetrain, paired with a Shimano CUES CS-LG400 11-45T cassette, offers a wide gear range for flat roads and climbs alike. The SR Suntour Mobie 25 fork provides 100 mm of travel with preload adjustment and a lockout function. Braking comes from reliable Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, effective in all weather.
