Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 6 FS is a fully suspended e-bike built for riders who want a single versatile machine: daily commutes, unpaved tracks, country lanes, or weekend trips. Its one-piece cast aluminium frame features a low step-through design for easy on/off access, with the battery and motor cleanly integrated into the structure.

The Bosch Performance Line CX motor (120 Nm) delivers direct, natural-feeling assistance — particularly useful on inclines or loose surfaces where you need a reliable boost. The Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery sits inside the frame and pairs with the Bosch Kiox 500 display, which shows remaining charge, speed and navigation data at a glance.

The dual suspension system handles the rough stuff so you don't have to: the SR Suntour XCR 34 fork (120 mm travel, lockout) takes care of the front, while the Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 rear shock (115 mm, 2-position air) manages what comes from behind. An 11-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain with an 11-50 cassette gives you a wide gear range for any gradient, and the Magura Louise Elite Leisure 4-piston brakes with 180 mm rotors deliver consistent, powerful stopping.

Every practical detail is included: AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, double-wall aluminium mudguards, MIK-compatible aluminium rack, EXA 900i dropper seatpost (150 mm travel) with bar-mounted remote, and an AXA Atlas frame lock — sharing the same key as the battery.
