Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Riese & Müller Charger5 Mixte vario is a pedal-assist e-bike (up to 25 km/h) designed for urban commuting and mixed-surface riding. Its step-through aluminium frame makes it easy to get on and off — practical in everyday clothing or when carrying a bag. Three frame sizes (S, M, L) ensure a proper fit for most riders.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line CX motor, delivering up to 120 Nm of torque for smooth, capable assistance on climbs and in traffic. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits neatly inside the frame, maintaining the bike's clean silhouette while providing substantial range. Ride data and assist mode settings are displayed on the Bosch Kiox 500, which remains readable in direct sunlight.

The drivetrain pairs a Gates CDX carbon belt with an Enviolo 380 continuously variable hub — there are no indexed gears and no chain to maintain. You simply adjust resistance on the fly, as smoothly as you like. Stopping power comes from Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes, reliable in wet or dry conditions, while Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5 × 2.4" tyres handle both tarmac and light gravel with confidence.

The bike ships with a Riese & Müller MIK HD rear rack (27 kg load capacity) for panniers or cargo accessories, and an integrated RX chip for tracking and theft protection. Optional upgrades include Bosch eBike ABS and a PowerMore 250 Wh range extender for longer journeys.

Bosch Kiox 500

The screen for those who want to see everything. The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.
