The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Riese & Müller Culture Silent strips away everything that makes urban cycling a chore. The Gates carbon belt drive, paired with a Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal hub, replaces the traditional chain with a system that stays clean, runs silently, and requires almost no upkeep — a genuine advantage for commuters who want to arrive looking the part.

Assistance comes from the Bosch Performance Line SX motor, a compact and lightweight unit that fits discreetly into the bottom bracket area. It provides responsive support up to 25 km/h without feeling artificial. The Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh battery is integrated into the downtube, keeping the frame's clean silhouette intact while delivering enough energy for several days of daily commuting between charges.

The aluminium frame — made from approximately 50% recycled material — keeps a clean, timeless high-step silhouette. Schwalbe Big Ben 50-622 tyres on 28" Mach1 rims smooth out city cobblestones and kerbs, while the Suntour NCX suspension fork (63 mm of travel) takes the sting out of rough surfaces and sharpens the steering. At 21.8 kg with a maximum rider weight of 110 kg, the Culture Silent is built to handle real-world city use day in, day out.

Designed for the thinnest frames and sportiest geometries, the SX is aimed at cyclists who want the electric boost without sacrificing the lightness or feel of the traditional bike. The assistance is lively and precise, perfectly dosed to enhance your pedaling without ever replacing it.

Bosch Led Remote

The Bosch LED Remote connects your eBike with the eBike Flow app. It allows you to easily view all important driving data and is intuitive to use; your hands remain on the handlebars, for greater safety. Change driving modes, use smart walk assist and control your display or the Ride screen on your smartphone. The LED Remote allows you, thanks to the intelligent system, to carry out updates for your VAE yourself.
