The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Riese & Müller Multicharger3 Mixte Vario HS is a cargo Speed Pedelec built for serious daily use. Its Bosch Performance Line Speed motor delivers assistance up to 45 km/h, placing it in the motorised vehicle category in Belgium — registration, a plate and a helmet are required. In practice, this means you can travel at the pace of urban traffic with minimal effort, even when carrying a full load.

The Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh battery is integrated vertically into the frame, keeping the weight low and the frame profile clean. It provides substantial range for a week of commutes. The Enviolo continuously variable transmission paired with the Gates CDX belt drive eliminates the need for a traditional chain: no lubrication, no derailleur adjustment, and a longer service life. Gear changes are smooth and continuous, including from a standstill — a real advantage at traffic lights.

Standard equipment is comprehensive and commute-ready: Supernova M99 Mini Pro-45 front light, Supernova TL3 Pro S rear light with integrated brake light and licence plate illumination, Busch & Müller Cycle Star mirror, Supernova horn, ABUS Adaptor Chain 2.0 (130 cm) and SKS A69R mudguards. The rear rack carries up to 65 kg, and a front Cargo rack adds further carrying capacity. The SR Suntour Mobie34 fork (80 mm travel, Boost) takes the edge off urban road surfaces.

The dual display setup — Bosch Kiox 500 for navigation and data, Bosch Purion 200 for quick assist control — keeps everything accessible while riding.
