Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Tern HSD P10 is a compact electric cargo bike built for anyone who needs to carry more — kids, shopping, equipment — without the bulk of a full-size cargo bike. Its 6061-AL aluminium frame is EFBE Tri-Test certified to a total system weight of 180 kg, built to handle the daily grind year after year.

The Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm, up to 340% support) provides smooth, confident assistance when pulling weight uphill or setting off at traffic lights with a full load. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery delivers an estimated 51–121 km per charge, managed via the Bosch Intuvia 100 display or the eBike Flow app on your phone.

A Shimano Deore 1×10 drivetrain with an 11-36T cassette keeps gear changes reliable under load, while Tektro hydraulic disc brakes (180/160 mm rotors) give you precise, confident stopping power regardless of how much you're carrying. The custom Suntour fork for Tern (70 mm travel, 32 mm stanchions) smooths out potholes and rough city streets for a comfortable daily commute.

Everyday practicality is built in: the ABUS lock shares a key with the battery, Tern Valo Direct 190 lm and Herrmans H-Trace lights are fully integrated, and the Physis handlepost folds in 5 seconds so you can tuck the bike into a tight space. Available in Blue-Green & Silver.

Practicality above all. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh is the benchmark external battery for cyclists who prioritize ease of use. Mounted directly on the frame tube, it can be removed in one move for charging at home or in the office — without having to move the bike. With 545 Wh of capacity, it largely covers everyday needs and medium-distance outings. Positioned near the bike's center of gravity, it guarantees natural and balanced driving behavior, without weighing down the steering or unbalancing the mount. Fully compatible with the Bosch Smart System, it benefits from all the intelligence of the Bosch ecosystem for optimal energy management.
