How a service visit works
Once your bike is at the workshop, the work is completed within 24 hours at most, provided the required parts are in stock.
Waiting time for an appointment varies widely with the season: same day in low season, up to more than four weeks in high season. Book early if your bike must be ready for a specific date.
If a specific part has to be ordered, the timeline follows that part's supply lead time. We tell you as soon as the diagnosis is made.
We service all mechanical bikes, and electric bikes fitted with a Shimano or Bosch motor. Other motor and battery brands are not covered.
The price of each service is shown on the booking page for that service, before you confirm anything.
We service your bike whether you bought it from us or elsewhere: the service is the same either way.
At the Liège workshop
The workshop is at Quai de Rome 22, 4000 Liège. Open Tuesday to Saturday, with late opening on Thursday until 7pm and an early start at 7:30am on Tuesday.
A large car park sits right outside, shared with the neighbouring Delhaize. We hand you an exit ticket, so parking costs you nothing while the work is done.
A waiting area with wifi lets you stay on site during a service, instead of coming back later.
