Abus AirDrop MIPS concrete grey

The ABUS AirDrop MIPS is a full-face MTB helmet built for downhill: fixed chin bar, all-round protection, and the Mips layer that absorbs rotational forces in a crash — the ones that do the most damage in an oblique impact.

Two details set it apart from a standard full-face. Collarbone Protection: the bottom of the chin bar is cushioned to spare the collarbone in a fall — a classic injury when the helmet hits the shoulder. And Ambient Sound Channels: channels at ear level so you keep hearing what's around you, something a full-face rarely does well.

790 g, height-adjustable peak against sun and low branches, Goggle Fit to hold goggles under the peak without slipping. Lower edge protected by the polycarbonate shell, antibacterial pads removable and washable, cheek pads on press studs.

Double-D buckle — the downhill standard: millimetre adjustment, rock-solid hold even under heavy vibration.

Sizes S/M (52-58 cm) and L/XL, colour concrete grey matt with yellow accents. Connected crash detection optional.
