Description
The ABUS HiDrop moss green is a downhill full-face helmet, developed with the ABUS team riders and tested on the toughest tracks in the world: EWS, the Crankworx World Tour and the DH World Cup. 1070 g, for a head circumference of 57 to 58 cm in size M.
It is the most certified helmet in the range: it meets the EN 1078, ASTM F1952, ASTM F2032, CPSC and AS/NZ standards. Its ABS outer shell makes it particularly impact-resistant, and its core combines EPS and EPP to absorb energy.
In a crash, the Breakaway Visor detaches from the helmet: it keeps the head from being thrown backwards, and stops the visor from breaking. Goggle Fit — a defined area under the peak — holds your goggles in place without slipping.
Inside, the Liner Pad fully encloses the head, and the press-stud Antibacterial Cheek Pads limit bacteria while securing the fit. Closure by Double-D buckle: two D-rings, infinitely variable adjustment, reliable hold even under strong vibrations. Injection-moulded hard shell and insect-stopping Bug Mesh. Worth knowing: no head ring, no Mips and no lower edge protection — ABUS aims it at adults.
