The ABUS MoTrip MIPS shiny black is the MoTrip with the Mips system added: a thin plastic shell between the inner padding and the energy-absorbing foam, countering rotational forces in a fall. 370 g in size M, for a head circumference of 54 to 58 cm.

Against the MoTrip without Mips, that costs 30 g (340 → 370 g): nothing else. The rest is identical — the deep fit sitting low on the head, the height-adjustable peak with locking positions against branches and sun, and the Zoom™ Spin dial, itself height-adjustable to make room for a ponytail.
