Climbing or touring, ride without the chin bar: a light, well-ventilated half shell. On a committed trail or in the bike park, put it back — the Speed Latch System™ clips it on in seconds, no tools, and you're in full-face.

Certified for downhill, which is rare and verifiable: the Targon meets ASTM F1952-22, the test written specifically for downhill helmets, on top of European EN 1078 certification and the US CPSC standard.

Made in Italy, in ABUS's own plant — the first MTB helmet in the "Made in Italy" series. Injected carbon reinforcement holds the stability without adding weight: 970 g in size M, chin bar included.

Zoom™ Rapid Fit dial adjusts to the millimetre (press it to reset), magnetic FIDLOCK buckle opens one-handed with gloves on, Vario Pads — cheek pads that slide and lock in three positions. Breakaway Visor: the peak detaches in a fall to spare the neck. Front Eyewear Port to stow glasses, Goggle Fit for goggles. Stitched straps, no dividers, so nothing flaps in the wind.
