<p>The <strong>Ortlieb QL2-Lock</strong> is a purpose-built security lock that prevents your Ortlieb pannier from being removed from the rack — whether accidentally or by someone who shouldn't. It clips straight onto the existing Quick-Lock rail with no tools required, making it easy to add security to any compatible setup.</p><p>Day-to-day use is kept simple: a single key locks and unlocks the device, and the lock automatically stays open once released — no need to hold it while you mount or unmount the bag. The housing is made from <strong>polyamide</strong>, keeping things lightweight and durable, and is manufactured in <strong>Germany</strong>.</p><p>The QL2-Lock fits rack tubes up to <strong>16 mm in diameter</strong> and works with <strong>Quick-Lock 2, QL2.1 and QL2.2</strong> systems. A keyed-alike version with two matching keys is also available (ref. F3915/E3915), handy if you want all your locks on one keyring. For extra peace of mind, it's compatible with Ortlieb cable locks <strong>E124</strong> (short) and <strong>E125</strong> (long), which can also be used to secure a helmet.</p>
