The Endura MT500 Spray Gilet is built for mountain bikers and trail riders who need reliable weather protection without the bulk. Weighing around 174 g and designed to pack down small, it's the kind of layer you can carry on every ride and forget about — until the weather turns.
Rather than covering everything in heavy waterproof fabric, Endura placed fully waterproof panels precisely where rain and mud hit hardest: the shoulders and lower back. The rest of the gilet uses a four-way stretch fabric that moves with you and doesn't restrict your riding position. Laser-perforated vents across the back help release heat on demanding climbs without compromising coverage at the front.
Two front zip pockets double as active vents when open, and a hidden internal pocket gives you a secure spot for small essentials. The front zip features a chin guard to prevent chafing, and an elasticated hem keeps the gilet in place through technical sections. Silicone-grip shoulder panels work well with a backpack, preventing the gilet from riding up under the straps.
The PFC-free DWR finish sheds light rain and trail spray without relying on harmful chemicals. Available in black, sizes XS to 2XL.
