Description
The Ergotec Skalar seatpost combines a 31.6 mm diameter and 400 mm length with a 3D-forged 6061 T6 aluminium construction and a matte black sandblasted finish. A 10 mm setback shifts the saddle slightly rearward for a more comfortable pedalling position. The dual-bolt (yoke) clamping system works with standard 7 mm saddle rails and distributes clamping force evenly. With a Safety Level 6 rating, the highest available under DIN EN ISO 4210 and DIN EN 15194, this seatpost is fully approved for e-bikes and rated to carry up to 160 kg (rider plus luggage) in city and trekking conditions.
