Description
The Garmin HRM-Dual is a chest-worn heart rate monitor built for cyclists, athletes, and anyone who wants reliable data during training. Its dual ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 connectivity lets it broadcast your heart rate to multiple devices at once — a Garmin Edge computer, a Forerunner watch, and a training app like Zwift, all simultaneously. The sensor pod is lightweight at 54.4 g and compact (62 x 34 x 11 mm), and it clips onto an adjustable soft strap that fits chest circumferences from 63.5 to 132 cm, detaching in seconds for easy hand-washing. Power comes from a user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell, with battery life reaching up to 3.5 years based on one hour of use per day. Water resistance is rated at 1 ATM.
