Garmin Instinct® E – 45 mm

The Garmin Instinct E 45 mm is built for people who spend serious time outdoors. Its fibre-reinforced polymer case and chemically strengthened glass lens meet the MIL-STD-810 military standard for thermal and shock resistance, while a 10 ATM (100 m) water resistance rating means it handles swimming, rain and everything in between without hesitation.

The monochrome transflective MIP screen stays readable under direct sunlight — no squinting, no shade required — while keeping power draw low. Navigation is entirely through 5 physical buttons, dependable even with gloves on. Battery life reaches 16 days in watch mode, 24 hours in GPS mode, or up to 20 days in Expedition GPS mode for multi-day expeditions where charging isn't an option.

For navigation and location, the Instinct E pairs multi-GNSS positioning (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo) with a barometric altimeter and 3-axis compass, giving you reliable bearings wherever you are. Built-in sport profiles cover running, cycling, hiking, walking, strength training, HIIT and more. Health tracking runs continuously with wrist-based heart rate, pulse oximetry (SpO2), stress monitoring, HRV tracking and advanced sleep analysis.

ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity pairs with both Android and iOS via the Garmin Connect app, delivering smart notifications and access to the Connect IQ Store for custom watch faces and apps. The 22 mm silicone band is QuickFit® compatible for tool-free swaps. Available in Electric Lime for high visibility in any environment.
