The Garmin Rally RS/XC210 is a pedal-based power meter sold as a complete bundle: you get both road pedal bodies, compatible with SHIMANO SPD-SL cleats, and off-road pedal bodies, compatible with SHIMANO SPD cleats. The power sensor itself moves between the two.
That's the point of the bundle: one sensor is enough to measure your power on the road on Saturday and on the trails on Sunday. Swap the pedal bodies, refit, and your data follows — no second power meter to buy, and no swapping shoes between disciplines.
The Rally RS/XC210 is dual-sensing: each pedal measures independently, which gives you left/right balance and cycling dynamics metrics rather than a doubled estimate. The rechargeable battery delivers up to 90 hours of ride time, enough to string training weeks together without thinking about it.
On build: the road pedal bodies use a carbon polymer design to keep weight down, while the off-road bodies are all-metal, with a lower stack height that gives you more clearance over rocks and roots.
