ORTLIEB Big-Zip 140 L

The ORTLIEB Big-Zip 140 L is a high-capacity gear bag built for demanding conditions where rain, dust and rough handling are part of the deal. At 140 litres (92 x 50 x 30 cm), it swallows everything you need for a long trip while keeping every last item protected. The bag is constructed from welded high-strength PD620 polyester and sealed with a TIZIP waterproof zipper, earning it an IP67 rating — dust-tight and capable of surviving submersion in up to 1 m of water for 30 minutes. In practical terms, your contents stay dry through downpours, wet loading bays or the back of a damp vehicle. Carrying options are flexible: wide padded shoulder straps make solo transport manageable over distance, while the 4 grab handles — 2 at either end — allow two people to share the load or make loading onto a roof rack or cargo area straightforward. Internal compression straps keep contents from shifting around during transport. The bag can also be strapped to a roof rack or carrier using straps sold separately. Assembled in Heilsbronn, Germany and covered by a 5-year warranty, the Big-Zip 140 L is a long-term solution for anyone who regularly moves gear that can't afford to get wet.
