The Ortlieb Carrying System Bike Pannier is a set of shoulder straps designed to clip onto compatible Ortlieb panniers and convert them into a backpack — instantly. Park the bike, attach the system, and carry on without switching bags. The Airmesh back panel keeps airflow between your back and the bag, reducing heat build-up during longer walks. Padded, adjustable shoulder straps, a chest strap and a load control strap let you dial in the fit to your build and the weight you're carrying. A grab handle makes it easy to pick up and put down quickly. The system is compatible with Ortlieb panniers using Quick-Lock QL1, QL2 and QL2.1 attachments (with lower edge protector). Supported models include the Back-Roller, Bike-Packer, E-Mate, Bike-Shopper, Velo-Shopper, Sport-Packer, Gravel-Pack and Sport-Roller. Note: not compatible with the QL3.1 system. Made from PVC-free nylon in Germany (42 × 28 × 7.5 cm), it rolls up compactly and stores inside the pannier when you don't need it.
