The Ortlieb Fork-Pack QLS 4.1 L mounts directly onto your fork blades to give you 4.1 litres of accessible storage — room for a rain jacket, repair kit, snacks or a bivouac layer — while staying light (290 g including adapter). The roll-top closure combined with an IP64 protection rating means the bag is sealed against dust and water splashes from every direction. Whether you're riding in steady rain or on a muddy track, your gear stays dry. The shell is made from PVC-free polyurethane-coated nylon, manufactured at Ortlieb's own facility in Heilsbronn, Germany. The Quick-Lock S (QLS) mounting system lets you attach or remove the bag in seconds using just one hand — no tools, no buckles to fumble with. Useful when locking up in town or when swapping the bag between bikes. The Fork-Pack QLS fits forks with integrated mounts, as well as forks with straight, constant-diameter tubes between 30 and 42 mm. Sold individually — includes one bag and one QLS adapter. Not compatible with carbon forks without eyelets, tapered forks or forks with tapered tubes.
