ORTLIEB Frame-Pack 4 L

The Ortlieb Frame-Pack 4 L sits inside your bike's main triangle, secured by three heavy-duty velcro straps on the top tube, seat tube and down tube. Each strap adjusts independently to match your frame's geometry. Carbon frames are fully compatible — simply apply a protective film at contact points to prevent abrasion. The bag is made from PU-laminated ripstop nylon (PS21R), completely PVC-free, and sealed with an offset TIZIP waterproof zipper running along the right side. That zipper is what makes the IP67 rating possible: the Frame-Pack can handle submersion to 1 m for up to 30 minutes, so riding through heavy rain is never a concern. An internal anti-bulge strap keeps the contents pressed flat against the panel, stopping the bag from expanding into the spokes or cranks. At 24 × 40 × 6 cm and 200 g, the bag holds up to 3 kg. A quick-access outer pocket lets you grab an energy bar or gel without unzipping the main compartment. Reflective details add a touch of low-light visibility. Manufactured in Germany (Heilsbronn).
