The Ortlieb Handlebar-Pack Plus 11 L is a handlebar bag built for cyclists who need reliable storage without extra bulk. At 11 litres with a recommended maximum load of 5 kg, it suits everything from day rides to multi-day tours, fitting handlebars from 40 cm wide upwards. Its IP64 protection rating means it handles rain splashes and dust without a sweat — the Cordura fabric is PU-coated and free from PVC, keeping it flexible and water-resistant over the long term. The roll closure with locking hooks seals the main compartment securely from the top. Two front CamLock hooks and two internal compression straps let you tighten the pack down when you're travelling light. Inside, a zipped mesh pocket keeps flat items — wallet, phone, keys — organised and secure. On the outside, two flexible mesh side pockets are easy to reach while riding. The flat back panel sits flush against the handlebar mount (sold separately; compatible with E185, E207, E225, E226, E241) and doubles as a stable base when you set the bag down.
