The Ortlieb Office-Bag High-Vis QL2.1 is a single pannier built specifically for the daily bike commute. Its PS50CX fabric — PU-laminated Cordura woven with reflective yarn — delivers long-lasting durability and passive nighttime visibility without any batteries. The roll closure and IP64 waterproof rating keep the contents dry through heavy showers, so your paperwork arrives in the same condition it left home. Inside, there is dedicated space for two DIN A4 ring binders alongside pens, a smartphone and other office accessories. With the optional Ortlieb notebook sleeve (sold separately), the bag can also carry a laptop up to 15.4 inches.
