Description
The Ortlieb Pedal-Mate QL2.1 16 L is a single-sided pannier built for everyday riding — commuting, errands, or urban travel. At 16 litres and measuring 38 × 29 × 15 cm, it fits a laptop, a change of clothes, or a day's worth of shopping without crowding the bike.
The Quick-Lock 2.1 (QL2.1) mounting system lets you attach and remove the bag in seconds, with no tools required. It fits racks with tube diameters between 8 and 16 mm, and the box includes reduction inserts in 8, 10, and 12 mm to cover most standard setups. Maximum load capacity is 9 kg.
Inside, you'll find a padded laptop compartment and a zippered pocket under the flap for keys, a phone, or cards. A flexible mesh pocket on the outside keeps frequently used items within easy reach. The magnetic closure opens and closes cleanly, even with gloves on.
The bag is made from PU-coated nylon, PVC-free, with an IP53 rating — meaning it handles rain splashes and dust without issue. A removable and adjustable shoulder strap is included so you can carry it comfortably once you step off the bike. Made in Germany by Ortlieb.
