Description

The Ortlieb Quick-Rack Mudguard 38 mm is a rear fender designed to complement the brand's Quick-Rack racks. This 38 mm-wide Road version suits tyres up to 32 mm, on 26 to 28-inch wheels. It mounts tool-free using silicone tension rings directly on the rack's vertical struts, and its position can be individually adjusted to fit the bike. It effectively protects against water spray and dirt when riding in the rain. Note: it is only compatible with the Ortlieb Quick-Rack, Quick-Rack Light, Quick-Rack L and Quick-Rack XL racks, and a minimum distance of 15 mm from the tyre must be maintained.

The Ortlieb Quick-Rack is a rear rack with a quick-release system that turns a road bike into a commuter bike without leaving a fixed rack behind. Using the 5/15 method, it comes off in 5 seconds and goes back on in 15 seconds; it mounts to the frame's M5/M6 contact points and to the seat post, and suits carbon seat posts and frames as well as full-suspension bikes. With two hook-in levels and a platform for Top-Lock products (Trunk-Bag, basket, Up-Town Rack), it takes a side pannier and a top accessory at the same time. Made of aluminium with 10 mm tubes, it weighs 580 g and carries up to 20 kg. Compatible with QL1, QL2.1, QL2.2, QL3, QL3.1 bags and the Top-Lock system; integrated rear-light bracket (light not included).
