Description

The Ortlieb Quick-Rack XL is an aluminium rear rack designed for cyclists who need serious carrying capacity without the bulk. Rated at 26 kg, it handles everything from daily shopping runs to multi-day touring loads.

It integrates directly with Ortlieb's quick-release bag systems — QL1, QL2, QL2.1, QL2.2 and Top-Lock — so attaching or removing panniers takes just a few seconds, no tools needed. Mounting hardware for QL3/QL3.1 systems is also included and can be bolted onto the rack.

Wheel clearance goes up to 29" × 3.0" with standard stay mounting, or 29" × 2.6" when using a thru axle (adapter sold separately). Full disc brake compatibility makes this rack a practical fit for a wide range of contemporary bikes, including mountain bikes.

The rack weighs 780 g and comes with a rear light bracket (light not included) and a frame thread mounting kit. A solid, no-fuss rack built to Ortlieb's usual standards.
