The Ortlieb Up-Town Rack Urban TL 17.5 L is a rack-top pannier built for everyday urban cycling. With a 17.5-litre capacity (33/38 x 28 x 22 cm) and a 10 kg maximum load, it handles a laptop, a packed lunch and a jacket without feeling cramped. The shell is made from PVC-free Cordura with a PU coating, a tough abrasion-resistant fabric rated IP64: fully dustproof and protected against water jets from any direction. You can ride through heavy rain without worrying about your contents — no rain cover needed. The Top-Lock (TL) mounting system clicks onto standard racks in a single movement and releases just as easily. Off the bike, the self-supporting aluminium frame keeps the bag upright on any flat surface, with the mounting hooks serving as stable feet. A comfortable, adjustable carry handle makes it easy to take with you once you've parked up. Inside, a zipped pocket keeps small items tidy. On the outside, 3M reflectors on the front panel add a layer of visibility in traffic. Available in Pepper (a warm reddish-brown), and manufactured in Germany.
