The Ortlieb Up-Town Urban 17.5 L is a handlebar basket designed for city riders who need reliable, all-weather carrying capacity. Its rigid aluminium frame maintains a consistent shape under load, while the Cordura fabric with polyurethane coating resists abrasion and moisture. With the lid fully closed, it meets IP64 protection — fully dustproof and shielded against water jets from any direction. The 17.5-litre interior handles a day's groceries, a laptop or a full commuter bag, up to a maximum of 5 kg. An internal zippered pocket keeps valuables organised without digging through the main compartment. The lid's central fastening allows partial opening for quick access on the go. Off the bike, the basket stands upright on its integrated stabilising feet — handy for packing at home or setting down in a café. The adjustable carry handle makes it comfortable to take along.
