ORTLIEB Velocity 17 L TS

The Ortlieb Velocity 17 L is a messenger-style backpack built for daily cycling in all weather. Its roll-top velcro closure and IP64-rated waterproof construction block rain, splashes and dust from every direction — no fumbling for a rain cover when the sky opens up. At 17 litres (45 × 28 × 14 cm, max. load 10 kg), it holds a full day's worth of gear without becoming unwieldy. The dedicated padded laptop compartment fits your machine and keeps it elevated off the base, which is reinforced with edge protectors and support feet to absorb the bumps of daily use. The carrying system is designed for comfort on and off the bike: ergonomic shoulder straps, ventilated back foam, a chest strap and a removable, adjustable hip belt distribute the load evenly. An integrated mount lets you attach a rear light or hang a helmet on the outside. A top carry handle completes the package for those moments between rides. Every Velocity is manufactured in Heilsbronn, Germany, and designed with longevity in mind. Wear parts like the velcro closure are replaceable through Ortlieb's after-sales service — a practical choice if you're looking for a bag that lasts years, not seasons.
