The Ortlieb Velocity High-Vis 23 L is a messenger-style backpack designed for cyclists who commute year-round, day and night. The neon yellow colourway combined with reflective yarn woven into the fabric itself significantly increases your visibility to drivers and other road users — no need for additional reflective accessories. Waterproofing is built into every detail: the PU-coated polyester and Cordura shell (PVC-free) achieves an IP64 rating, protecting against dust and water splashing from all directions, while the roll-top Velcro closure seals the opening completely. Your laptop, clothes and documents stay dry even in sustained rain. At 50 × 30 × 16 cm, the 23-litre interior comfortably fits a laptop up to 14 inches in its dedicated padded sleeve. Detachable chest and waist straps keep the bag stable when accelerating or braking hard. A built-in attachment point on the closure lets you clip a rear light or hang a helmet.
