ORTLIEB Velocity PS 23 L

The Ortlieb Velocity PS 23 L is a commuter backpack engineered for cyclists who ride in all conditions. Its rolltop closure, rolled down 3 to 4 times, delivers IP64 protection against dust and water splashes — keeping your belongings dry through daily rain without needing to reach for a rain cover. The shell is made from PU-coated PS33 nylon, free from PVC, and measures 50 × 30 × 16 cm with a 23-litre capacity. Inside, a dedicated padded laptop sleeve fits screens up to 15.4" (36 × 24.5 × 2.5 cm). The ergonomic foam back panel is ventilated to reduce heat build-up on longer rides, and both the chest strap and hip belt are removable and adjustable, supporting loads up to 10 kg. Visibility is handled by reflective detailing on the logo and shoulder straps, effective as soon as dusk falls. An attachment point for an optional rear light or helmet adds further flexibility. Reinforced lower corner protectors protect the bag where it takes the most wear, and a carry handle makes it easy to grab and go when you're off the bike. Assembled at Ortlieb's factory in Heilsbronn, Germany, the Velocity PS comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
