The Ortlieb Velocity PS 23 L is built for everyday cycling commutes. With a 23-litre capacity (50 x 30 x 16 cm), it carries a laptop, change of clothes, lunch, and work documents without compromise — all in one weatherproof pack. Waterproofing is central to its design. The roll-top closure with hook-and-loop fastening, combined with PU-coated PS33 nylon fabric (PVC-free), delivers 100% waterproof protection and an IP64 rating — resistant to dust and water jets from any direction — when the top is rolled down 3 to 4 times. No need for a separate rain cover. Inside, a removable padded laptop sleeve (fixed top and bottom) fits devices up to 15.4 inches (max. 36 x 24.5 x 2.5 cm), and a zipped inner pocket with organiser keeps cables and small accessories tidy. The bag also accommodates DIN A4 documents. The ventilated foam back panel, ergonomic shoulder straps, and removable chest and hip belts keep the load stable and comfortable throughout your ride.
