Description
The Racktime Snap-it adapter is the connecting piece between your rack and your carrying accessories. Its single-click mechanism lets you attach or remove a basket, bag or container in seconds — no tools required, no risk of it coming loose mid-ride.
It handles a maximum load of 12 kg and fits Racktime Snap-it 1.0 racks made from 2012 onwards, as well as the Light-it model from the same generation. Two width settings (8.5 cm and 6.0 cm) let you match different basket sizes, while the 195 × 100 mm bolt spacing and 28 mm diameter washers ensure a solid, well-distributed fit.
Accessory compatibility is broad: baskets, bags or containers from any brand will work, as long as their holes or mesh openings do not exceed 20 mm. All mounting hardware is included in the box. If you want to secure your belongings against theft, the optional Racktime Secure-it lock (ref. 1148176) can be added without any extra drilling.
Please note: this adapter is designed exclusively for the Racktime Snap-it 1.0 system. It is not compatible with Snap-it 2.0 or with racks from other brands.
