The Revelate Designs Mag-Tank 2000 Bolt-On is a top tube bag built for riders who want fast, reliable access to snacks, a phone or small essentials without breaking stride. The roll-top flap uses a mechanical magnetic buckle that engages and releases with a single hand — a practical detail that makes a real difference on long rides or in wet conditions.

Construction relies on Dimension Polyant VX-21 and 42 X-Pac fabrics, both well-regarded for abrasion resistance and durability on rough terrain. Rigid HDPE panels in the sidewalls keep the bag's shape under load, and a closed-cell foam base covers the mounting bolt heads while cushioning your gear. The bright yellow interior liner helps you spot items quickly without digging around.

Mounting is via direct bolt-on to top tube bosses, with two hole spacings: 76 mm and 100 mm from the front of the bag, with a 64 mm gap between holes — standard bottle cage spacing. An adjustable height daisy chain at the front clears the stem bolt. Confirmed compatible with Niner, Salsa Cycles, 9:Zero:7, Open and Lauf frames, among others. Weight: 147 g. Volume: 1.4 L.

The bag handles rain and trail splash well, but its wide-opening flap design prioritises quick access over full waterproofing — a deliberate trade-off for usability on the move.
