Description

The Shimano B05S-RX are resin (organic) disc brake pads built for 2-piston Shimano calipers. The stainless steel backing plate provides solid mechanical support and stands up well to wet conditions without corroding.

Compared to the B03S pads they directly replace, the B05S-RX deliver 50% better wear resistance — meaning fewer pad changes and lower maintenance costs over time. The organic resin compound also runs noticeably quieter than metallic alternatives, making these pads a practical choice for everyday commuting or trail riding.

Compatibility is extensive: the B05S-RX fit a wide array of Shimano calipers, including the BR-M3050, BR-M4050, BR-MT200, BR-MT400, BR-MT500, BR-T615, BR-T675, BR-UR300 series and many more, covering both hydraulic and mechanical disc brake systems. Each pack contains 1 pair of pads, a spring, and 3 types of split pins — everything you need for a straightforward swap.
