The Shimano CS-HG400-9 is a 9-speed cassette from the Alivio groupset, built for mountain biking and versatile trail riding. Its nine-sprocket sequence — 11-13-15-17-20-23-26-30-36T — delivers a broad gear range that handles steep climbs without making flat-road sprinting feel sluggish.
