The Spirgrips One MTB Composite Matt Black are inner bar ends designed to fit inside your existing MTB grips. Their patented shape – protected in Europe, the USA and China – was developed and scientifically validated in Switzerland and meets UCI homologation standards. By promoting the natural physiological alignment of your forearms, they help reduce muscle fatigue on longer rides.

Installation is straightforward: slide them into any 22.2 mm circular handlebar (the standard for MTB, fitness and city bikes) using only a hex key, without removing your existing grips or components. Spirgrips® mounting paste is included in the box to make fitting even easier.

Made from composite material and weighing just 94 g per pair, they add minimal bulk to your setup. The matte black finish blends neatly with round and straight handlebars alike. Bar ends are included in the package.
