Description
The Atlas X29 rear wheel completes the Orox's move to 29 inches: a slimmer tyre profile, so less weight, improved acceleration, more agility and extended battery life compared with the X27.5.
It is engineered for the Orox's 210 kg MGVW and tested to 130 kg per wheel.
At the rear, the sensitive part is the freehub body: here it is custom, with sealed bearings, which enhances rear triangle stiffness and absorbs the drivetrain forces of a loaded electric cargo bike. Atlas hubs and the double-walled alloy rim complete the build, with 13G stainless spokes.
It accommodates 29" × 2.6" tyres — studded, slicker or knobby — and is tubeless-ready.
Disc cooling fins for consistent braking on long descents.
ETRTO 35-622, aluminium, 1.48 kg. Pairs with the Fenders X29.
⚠️ When running tubeless, ensure sufficient tyre pressure while carrying cargo.
