Description
The Cache Box is your bike's glove compartment. Bolted under the seatstay, it holds just enough for the things you want within reach but not on your person: chain lock, inner tube, hand pump, multi-tool.
Tern in fact describes it as the perfect place to keep an Abus® chain to go with the HSD frame lock.
Because it is frame-bolted and stiff, it doesn't swing while riding — and it can't be lifted off in one motion like a bag. Its discreet design blends into the frame, keeping it out of an opportunist's eye.
The fabric is water-resistant and an inner mesh pocket keeps smaller items in place.
250 × 170 × 85 mm, 1.9 l, 2 kg load capacity, EVA, 191 g.
