The Tern Clubhouse Gen 3 turns the back of your Tern cargo bike into passenger space or a grocery hauler. It mounts on the rear rack of the GSD (Gen 1, 2 and 3), Orox Gen 1 and Quick Haul Long Gen 1, and reconfigures to match the trip: school run in the morning, shopping in the afternoon.
The box includes two rear bars and you fit one of them depending on the setup. The Child Seat Expansion Bar takes up to two rail-mounted child seats. The Flat Bar is for cargo or for older children riding without a seat, and it is the only one of the two that allows vertical parking of the bike. Paired with the Clubhouse Backrest and two Clubhouse Seat Pads (sold separately), the Clubhouse seats two older children aged 5 to 10 and between 110 and 140 cm tall.
For shopping runs, the deck takes 60 × 40 cm crates. Four built-in mounts hold water bottles, travel mugs or a lock, and the extended side rails help protect small hands. The aluminium structure weighs 2.73 kg with the Flat Bar and 2.80 kg with the Child Seat Expansion Bar.
Please note: the bar tape shown in Tern's official photos, the seat pad and the backrest are sold separately. Rear bars are generation-specific and cannot be swapped with those of another Clubhouse generation.

The Tern Stow Decks are a pair of side platforms for the GSD Gen 3, Orox Gen 1 and Quick Haul Long Gen 1 longtail cargo bikes. They create sturdy loading surfaces on either side of the bike, equally suited to the weekly shop and to a weekend off the beaten track.
Each deck holds up to 35 kg and locks into five positions. Partly folded, they keep half-empty panniers compact and stable over rough ground; fully open, they act as a footrest for a passenger. Their low mounting points keep cargo weight close to the ground, which makes the bike easier to handle when loaded.
They fit in front of or behind the Cargo Hold 72 Panniers, whichever suits your setup, and fold away so they don't get in the way when storing or parking in tight spaces. Built from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy for all-weather use, the pair weighs just 0.987 kg.

The ABUS Granit XPlus 540/160HB230 is a high-security U-lock built for cyclists who take bike theft seriously. Its 13 mm hardened steel shackle with a parabolic square cross-section provides strong resistance against cutting tools and pull attacks, while the double shackle locking mechanism adds an extra layer of protection against leverage-based attacks.
The proprietary ABUS XPlus cylinder features Power Cell Technology, which shields the locking mechanism from impact and makes picking extremely difficult. An automatic dust and corrosion cover keeps the keyhole protected for long-term reliable use. Two keys are included — one with an integrated LED for easy use in the dark — along with a key code card for ordering additional keys.
This lock carries ART 3-star, Sold Secure Diamond (for both standard and electric cycles) and VdS certifications, making it eligible for insurance requirements in most European countries. The included EaZy KF bracket fits round tubes from 28 to 36 mm in diameter, letting you clip and unclip the lock one-handed — a small but meaningful detail for everyday use.
