Description
Almost every Tern bike hides a secret: under the head badge, two threaded holes are waiting. Gently pop the badge off, screw on the Luggage Truss, and you have a mounting point to carry your gear at the front, on the frame.
That is the whole point: the load sits on the frame rather than the fork. Steering stays nimble and responsive, even with a heavy bag — something no handlebar mount can offer.
Its KLICKfix® quick-release connector takes compatible bags, baskets and racks: attach and detach them at the push of a button. An integrated lock keeps them secure when you walk away.
Its low profile does not affect the bike's folded size. Maximum load 7 kg, 133 × 85 × 65 mm, aluminium, 195 g. Tern advises always checking that your bag or basket does not interfere with the front tyre or fender.
