Description
The Bemoov M 12 is a balance bike designed for children aged 1.5 to 4 years taking their very first steps on two wheels. With no pedals or drivetrain, kids push off the ground with their feet to move, brake naturally and develop their sense of balance — a widely recognised approach that makes transitioning to a pedal bike much smoother later on.
Every component has been chosen with weight and handling in mind: the frame, fork, handlebar (all AL6061 aluminium), anodised rims and stainless steel spokes bring the total weight down to 3.4 kg. That means children stay in control, and parents can carry it without strain. The wide 12 x 2.0 tyres provide reassuring stability across different surfaces.
Safety features are built in throughout: a rear V-Brake with an adjustable lever sized for small hands, a nylon strap that limits handlebar rotation to prevent high-speed tip-overs, and Bemoov's own two-position non-slip footrests. The seatpost includes a maximum extension marker so it's never raised beyond the safe limit.
Available in Kiwi Green among other bright colours, the M 12 comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork — making it a durable choice that can easily be passed on to a younger sibling.
