Brompton G Line - 8 Speed - With Roller Frame

The Brompton G Line 8 Speed With Roller Frame is a folding bike designed for riders who move between different surfaces and transport modes every day. Its 20-inch Schwalbe G-One All Round tyres — fitted with a tan wall for a classic look — handle city tarmac, cobblestones and light gravel without requiring a tyre swap.

The Shimano Alfine 8-speed internal hub keeps all moving parts protected inside the hub shell. That means fewer adjustments over time, no chain dropping off a derailleur, and reliable gear shifts whether you're stationary at a red light or mid-pedal. The 307% gear range covers urban climbs and faster flat stretches comfortably. Stopping power comes from Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 140 mm rotors — precise and consistent regardless of wet or dry conditions.

The main frame is hand-brazed steel, a material chosen for its durability and natural ride compliance. The aluminium fork comes with mounting bosses for accessories. The Roller Frame, included as standard, adds integrated wheels to the folded package so you can roll the bike upright through a train carriage or airport terminal. The large-diameter front luggage block is compatible with the full range of Brompton bags and accessories.

The G Line is available in Adventure Orange and comes in three sizes — S (152–168 cm), M (168–183 cm) and L (183–198 cm) — with seatpost length adjusted accordingly. The frame is backed by a 7-year warranty.
