The Cube Editor Hybrid SLX 400X FE is an urban electric bike built around the demands of daily commuting. The Bosch Performance SX motor (60 Nm) delivers precise, natural-feeling assistance, neatly housed in a sleek aluminium frame with smooth welds that give it the clean look of a regular city bike. The integrated Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh battery sits inside the down tube — protected, unobtrusive, and capable of covering several days of typical commutes on a single charge.

The Enviolo continuously variable hub means there are no gears to click through. A simple twist adjusts the ratio smoothly and steplessly — even at a standstill, which is particularly practical in stop-start urban traffic. Assistance levels are managed via the Bosch System Control integrated into the top tube, with a convenient Mini Remote mounted on the handlebar.

The rigid full carbon fork takes the edge off road vibrations while keeping the steering light and precise. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear ensure confident, modulated braking regardless of conditions. The 28-inch wheels with wide Schwalbe tyres provide a comfortable, stable ride on tarmac.
